H2-3广东移动批量升级固件工具，适合CPU hi5662硬件机器，升级后版本V2.4.02C。。。。不管原来的是哪个省地区版本，一经升级，既为广东移动，不用再另行切换。 可定制其它任何一省份，一经升级既为本省。包括CPU hi5663h的H2-3等新旧老款各种机器，H1S-3 H2-3通用版本等。其它厂家不同型号也可咨询！
